Non-Licensure Masters of Education (MEd)

Students who do not seek educator licensure may choose to advance their educational credentials through a non-licensure Masters of Education (MEd) at MCLA. An individualized plan of study is developed by the student in consultation with the graduate advisor.

Masters of Education Teacher Licensure

MCLA offers Masters of Education (MEd) teacher licensure pathways for individuals who have earned a bachelor’s degree or higher in another field.

The Bachelor of Science Program

The Bachelor of Science offers programs leading to licensure of teachers wishing to teach in a range of academic settings including early childhood. The program provides a balanced blend of theory and practice so students will graduate with a solid foundation to begin a teaching career.

The Bachelor of Arts Interdisciplinary Studies

Children, Families and Society program is designed for early childhood educators who have work experience in the field and hold an associates degree (45 - 64 transfer credits).

Bachelors Degree - Elementary Education 1-6 Grade

Bachelors Degree - Early Childhood Pre-K - 2nd Grade
